Prices and Maintenance ContractsInside/OutSource offers general support with a competitive hourly charge. Our Monday through Friday business and home rate is $45 per hour during business hours, and $60 per hour after 5 p.m., unless pre-arranged. Weekend work is $75 per hour, unless the time is scheduled and agreed upon prior to the service request. Travel time may apply under certain circumstances. If you bring your computer problems to us, we charge a flat rate of $40 per hour. In addition, we do offer Maintenance and Support packages:. TimeFlex™ is designed to provide a flexible approach to planned maintenance. Your selected hour package is available when you are. If you call at five minutes to five, your TimeFlex™ package means that you'll get your service right then. And this is valid at any time, Monday through Friday.
TimeFlex™ can be used for preventive maintenance or system support. If you run over your alloted hours, and you still need support during regular business hours, don't worry! We charge per-hour, based on your monthly contract. Additional hours on a five-hour contract is $59.80, while a ten-hour contract is $54.90. SystemFlex™ offers a per-machine monthly maintenance-only package. This approach lets you choose which systems will receive their scheduled service, with a minimum of five systems. This package allows for one hour of maintenance per computer. Maintenance may be scheduled at any time with SystemFlex™.
If you are use the SystemFlex™ plan, and you need service, we charge only $50 per hour for the service during business hours. In addition, if you have a large amount of equipment, prices can be negotiated in advance. What if you have existing maintenance contracts? No problem! We speak the language of your support companies, and can provide hands-on solutions that keep your employees moving. Emergency Service We realize that it's never convenient to have an emergency, but we are there if you need us.
